Those precious wasted moments…

We booked three months in advance but they overbooked the flight and put us on stand-by. We showed up three hours before the flight but still almost missed it. If we were talking about a budget airline like EasyJet this would be no surprise, but we’re flying with KLM and then you expect better service for the premium we pay. At least the staff was friendly! I just hope our luggage shows up in the right city sometime in the next few days.
