A group of mad scientists in Austria has found a way to levitate water by running high voltage electricity through it. Two beakers of water are used, one with the positive and one with the negative (ground) wire. When the beakers are close enough, a “tunnel” of water begins to slowly crawl up and out of the beaker, crossing through the air to enter the other beaker, thus completing the circuit. While it’s long been known that the electro-magnetic force is much stronger than gravity, the current understanding of the properties of water don’t account for this amazing levitating ability.
More research must first be conducted before this amazing breakthrough finds its way to a circus sideshow near you.
